Just in case you didn't see this yet, the owner of the proposed North County (San Diego) Cannons talked with the press in San Diego about paying the expansion fee for the rights to the area for a 2013 AWBL team. Here is the article:
Not sure what to think yet as neither the AWBL website, nor the AWBL parent company Embark Holdings (publicly traded OTC:GFMD), has announced anything yet. It is possible that they may announce tomorrow as part of the first business day after the news.
